About Wayfinder Response

Wayfinder Response Marketing is a response marketing and lead generation agency based in San Francisco, California. Our point of view is that response-based programs are enhanced by positive brand attributes, and that marketers can create immediate response and build a brand with the same communication piece. We still think of ourselves as an ad agency, even though many of our ads are delivered through the mail and online. One reason we work in these media is that they allow us to learn what works—and what doesn’t. And because we’re an agency working for big clients we initiate, or hear about, interesting marketing ideas every week. This blog gives us an opportunity to discuss them and get feedback from our friends and the greater marketing community at large.
